This month I have made it my challenge to meal plan every week and stick to it as much as possible. We are stuck in a bit of a rut so we will be trying not to have the same dinner more than a couple of times in a month and utilise all the cookbooks that we have on our shelves. We will be sticking to using one or two cookbooks a week and add in quite a few of our favourite dishes and any new discoveries from Pinterest. Some meals may change if we have enough leftovers for a second night/lunch the next day.

Dinner-Teriyaki salmon and Courgette noodles-Joe Wicks- Lean In 15*
Friday
Breakfast- Overnight Oats
Lunch- Scrambled egg wrap
Dinner- Pizza
