October Challenge- Meal Planning

Back in August I decided that from September to December I would set myself a new challenge to maximise my time at home and increase my productivity. Septembers challenge was to stick to a cleaning schedule  and in all honesty I didn't quite manage it. I think I need to re-work my plan and start afresh in October and set myself aside an hour or so a day for cleaning and focus on that one task. Though that is quite hard with a toddler running around.

In October I have challenged myself to setting out a weekly meal plan and get back into doing that. Now that Autumn is truly here I am whipping out the slow cooker and getting lots of yummy warming meals on the go.

Every Monday I will be publishing my weeks meal plan and hopefully include some tried and tested favourites along with some new recipes I want to try and maybe a pumpkin recipe or two. James and I are looking to eat healthily whilst still having the feel of comfort food you look for during the colder months.
