I cannot believe that we are halfway through the Tone It Up Bikini Series. I am definitely seeing changes in the way I look at what I am eating and making sure I fit my workouts in.
The Mealplan
I have found that by having the weeks mealplan on the fridge I am sticking to it so will be carrying that on for quite a while I think. I am still struggling to keep it up over the weekend so will be working on that this weekend. The Workouts
I have stuck to my workouts well this week. Maybe not as good as I could be but much better than the last few weeks so there has been an improvement. Getting my workouts in is something I will working on even more over the coming weeks to get it into my routine. Overall Feelings
