We are now on week 3 of the Tone It Up Bikini Series. This week has gone much better than the last 2. I have really committed myself and I feel it is paying off.
I have really stuck to the meals this week. I have written down the weeks plan and I have it on the fridge which means I can constantly check what I should be eating but I also switch it up if I am not feeling it- obviously for something healthy, but nonetheless it as made a huge difference this week. When I was feeling something sweet I made some banana ice cream it was so so yummy and a perfect healthy treat. The Workouts
I have managed to get my workouts in. I love doing the Tone It Up workouts as Karena and Katrina are so positive and they have amazing bodies so work as fab motivation. I am also doing my ab workouts although I have started week 1 3 times now. Hopefully I can carry on with it and not miss a session.
Overall Feelings
This week has been fab so far and I think changing the way I have been keeping track of the meal plan is working. I am much less tempted by naughty food. Making the effort to workout after Ailsa has gone to bed has been a challenge but I have done it and I know that I can do. I just have to get it in. Instagram Check-in's
