Since having Ailsa my skin has really been quite red. I'm not sure if it is hormones or age which has caused it but things have certainly changed since becoming a mum. For around 10 months I was using the same old products that I always have and to be honest they just weren't cutting it to even out my skin tone. I had heard about the Clinique Even Better foundation before and thought it would be worth a try, so off I popped to my local Clinique counter.

Me before make up |
The Even Better foundation provides a Moderate to full coverage. Something I look for in a foundation to help make my skin look flawless. If I feel I need a little less coverage some days I will mix in a little moisturiser just to thin it out a little. It also has an SPF of 15 and is oil free so helps my skin stay matte all day long.

After foundation |
I have been using the foundation pretty much every day for the last few weeks and I am loving it. The coverage is amazing and helps to hide the redness that I have in the centre of my face. It lasts all day, even when I am running around after Ailsa or getting housework done and it also helps to keep my oiliness at bay. I will definitely be picking up another one of these when I run out.
