New Year Resolutions - Getting out and about

A big part of what I want to achieve this year is to get my fitness levels back up.  I was really getting into exercising when I fell pregnant and it all just went to pot as I explained in my post Learning to love my post pregnancy body. So I am making a concious effort to get out the house and go for walks even on days where I have nothing on to get me started. Ailsa very much enjoys going out and about for walks and looking at everything around us. I try and use our walks to describe what we see which I am hoping helps with her vocabulary in the future and the fresh air is good for us both.

I will be adding in some extra exercise in the next few weeks to help with toning up. I love the Tone It Up videos and they are so so easy to follow, But for now walking works for us and I cant wait for our next one.
