Last month Ailsa was sent some gorgeous bows from Una at Una's Bowtique. With Ailsa lacking in the hair department and getting mistaken quite a bit for a boy, I love to pop a bow on her especially for special events and with 2 weddings coming up I thought some new bows to try out would be just perfect.
The bows came wonderfully packaged in a sturdy box. I was so impressed with this as it means they are less likely to be damaged in transit. The bows were wonderfully placed into the box, letting us see them in all their glory once opened.
The bows themselves are made out of great quality ribbon and elastics. We received a couple with the bows attached to the elastic head bands in Ailsa's head size and we also received 2 headbands on their own with a number of bows that can be attached by the hair clips. This is such a wonderful idea as the bows can be used as Ailsa grows by just buying more headbands in her growing headsize and when she eventually has hair the bows can be clipped straight in. This means the bows will last us for years to come without the need to constantly buy bigger size for headbands or even new bows to clip into her hair. Having the bows on clips means that they are suitable to use on older siblings and even Mummy can borrow one or two every so often.
I will definitely be looking to Una's Bowtique in the future for bows for Ailsa as she grows or if there are any special occasions coming up.
